Citrus Park Hotel

The hotel is really beautiful and the location of the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel rates are reasonable and we extended our stay. The food is good and the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The receptionist (Nurlan) is a great guy, he was very helpful, very patient and really professional. I don't usually write a review but my wife and I wanted to thank them for the comfortable stay.

We've been to turkey many times in the last 20 years. Always Antalya first and then the rest of the country. We have therefore been in many hotels in the city. This is one of the worst hotels we've been to. Most things I complain about is something they can easily do something about but choose not to. Maybe it is a hotel for young men who don't care so much about these things. Our room was not filthy like some of the reviews, but it wasn't clean either. The sheets had stains on them and there was dirt on the walls and in the shower. Also it is very dated. Nothing seems to have been done in terms of maintenance in a long, long time. I always look forward to a Turkish breakfast, but this was something else. Not a Turkish breakfast I've ever had. Full ashtrays on the table and very little to choose from. Coffee in Turkey is always questionable, and also here it was not good. Have the tea instead. Tea in turkey is very nice. The location is fine if going to the beach is your thing. The hotel is right next door to a mosque. The prayer starts at 5 and it WILL wake you up. On a positive note, the singer is quite good compared to others we've heard. Also, like others have mentioned, the room smells bad. And it's hot (no air conditioning) so you have to open a window at which point you'll hear dogs bark all night. The dogs is not their fault, the lack of airco is. The pool you see in the pictures on their website is not theirs. It belongs to the neighbours. I could go on but if you've read this far I think you get the idea. Give this hotel a miss if you can, there are many hotels far better than this one at the same price point in the city.

I liked the hotel fair price I spent 10 nights on the hotel. nice services friendly stuff . ask for NURLAN the receptionist caption ( thanks NURLAN for helping us and made our vacation remarkable ) wonderful location near the beach and I like the The room size was spacious, there is a small garden with nice view to enjoy your coffee and they have self services laundry with very fair price (100 Turkish lira ) for washing and drying. big thanks to (SEHAM )from the housekeeping she is amazing & nice.

Almost none of the staff speaks English and we had several misunderstandings because of it (wrong food in the restaurant, couldn’t explain some admin stuff, and others). The rooms are extremely noisy to the point I had to fall sleep with noise cancelling headphones on. Some of the worst nights I’ve had in a hotel. They have paper thin walls and windows that don’t close properly. Location is great. Restaurant good is good.
